Important service notice

Housing Bridge primarily works with housing providers, shelters, DV/SA programs, landlords, nonprofit teams, and professional partners. Housing Bridge may provide case-specific housing navigation or housing clinic support when arranged through an approved provider, partner, or service agreement. This website is not an emergency response, crisis response, legal services, or direct public housing placement portal.

1. Acceptance

By using the Housing Bridge website, submitting a form, registering for a training, accessing materials, using a payment link, participating in a housing clinic, or engaging with Housing Bridge digital tools, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website, forms, materials, payment links, digital tools, or related services.

2. Scope of Services

Housing Bridge provides housing system training, consulting, workflow support, coordination tools, housing navigation, housing clinic support, and operational assistance for housing related organizations and professional teams.

Housing Bridge is not a property management company, landlord, law firm, public agency, emergency service provider, or public benefits agency. Housing Bridge does not collect rent, approve subsidies, make public benefit determinations, or guarantee housing outcomes.

3. Service Limitations

Housing Bridge may provide case specific housing navigation, document review, housing readiness guidance, application strategy, landlord communication support, and next step recommendations through approved trainings, consultations, housing clinics, or provider authorized services.

Housing Bridge does not provide legal advice, clinical advice, financial advice, emergency response, crisis intervention, or safety planning.

Provider and professional responsibility still applies

Housing Bridge may offer practical housing guidance and case specific recommendations within the scope of its services. Providers, agencies, and participants remain responsible for legal review, program compliance, final case decisions, safety planning, eligibility determinations, and any actions requiring a licensed professional or public agency.

4. Trainings and Payments

Housing Bridge may offer virtual trainings, in-person trainings, workshops, housing clinics, technical assistance sessions, and professional development materials. Dates, prices, formats, availability, materials, and service details may change.

  • Participants are responsible for registering with accurate information.
  • Training access links, materials, resources, and certificates may not be shared without permission.
  • Certificates, when offered, may be limited to participants who meet attendance or completion requirements.
  • Participants should not disclose confidential client information during group trainings or public discussions unless properly de-identified and authorized.

5. Materials and Intellectual Property

Housing Bridge website content, names, logos, service descriptions, training materials, slides, handouts, templates, checklists, workflows, forms, graphics, frameworks, and related resources are owned by Housing Bridge Inc. or used with permission.

Unless Housing Bridge gives written permission, users may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, modify, rebrand, or commercially use Housing Bridge materials.

This includes Housing Bridge methods, frameworks, and branded concepts such as Assess, Align & Act, workflow tools, housing readiness tools, documentation structures, housing clinic tools, and related training concepts.

6. Forms and Digital Tools

Housing Bridge may use online forms, secure portals, document sharing tools, scheduling systems, email platforms, payment links, and other digital systems to support provider facing work, training registration, housing clinics, and coordination services.

Users are responsible for submitting accurate information and using secure upload methods when instructed. General website forms and email should not be used to submit sensitive client information unless Housing Bridge has specifically directed an approved provider or partner to use a secure method.

Portal access, form access, document-sharing access, and other digital tool access may be limited to approved users, participating organizations, or authorized partners.

7. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Housing Bridge website, materials, forms, payment links, training access, portal tools, or digital systems.

Housing Bridge provides information, training, resources, digital tools, housing navigation, housing clinic supports, and services in good faith, but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • No guarantee of housing placement, lease approval, or landlord acceptance.
  • No guarantee of subsidy approval, funding approval, program acceptance, or benefit eligibility.
  • No guarantee that a provider, landlord, agency, court, public program, or third party will take a specific action.
  • No guarantee that website content, training information, resource links, third-party information, or digital tools will remain current, complete, accurate, secure, or available at all times.

Housing Bridge does not guarantee that the website, forms, portals, downloads, links, payment pages, or digital tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from malware, or compatible with every device, browser, or system.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housing Bridge Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the website, materials, forms, tools, resources, third-party links, trainings, payment pages, housing clinic supports, or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Continued use of the website after updates are posted means the updated Terms apply.
