Housing Bridge, Inc. is a nonprofit organization registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, founded in 2025. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between emergency shelter and permanent housing by supporting the providers, landlords, and housing programs that make long term stability possible.
Our mission is to simplify housing coordination across the state by offering provider training, landlord engagement, and an innovative shared portal that centralizes communication, documentation, and tenancy support. We help ensure that housing efforts are better aligned and that families can stay stably housed through stronger partnerships.
Currently in the process of applying for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, Housing Bridge operates as a trusted systems partner, not a real estate agency or case management service. We do not collect rent or work directly with clients, but instead provide the behind-the-scenes structure that helps housing teams and property owners succeed.
